About The Briggs Pilates System
We believe the Pilates Method is beneficial to every body type but focus needs to be given to the cross cultural differences of how the body moves. The daily activities for life vary from region to region and within each culture. Our goal is to recognize the differences in individual movement and adapt the Pilates Method to those we are working with. Teaching to the body in front of us is our priority.
